October 2021 COOP Platform Enhancements

The COOP by Ryder platform has a fresh new look, and features to match! We are dedicated to improving our technology for your ease, and this latest update makes your truck sharing experience even simpler. In our latest enhancement, our app is more robust than ever before with all the things your business needs to have a smooth experience on COOP. 

For all users, this enhancement comes with:

• A new look and feel. We made app navigation more intuitive to improve user friendliness. You can more easily see a summary of your account, take action on your reservations from your Reservations Management screen, and more!

• New reservation search - Find and filter reservations by Status, Vehicle Type, Location, and more. So that your business can monitor a wide range of reservations with ease.

• Robust resolution reports - While damage is rare, we have made it straightforward for Owner to resolve the process. You can upload images and download PDFs of important documents like police reports, so that everything you would need is in one place.

For Owners, you will now have:

• Greater privacy - Until a reservation is approved, the address and contact info for your business will not be shown.
• Ability to automatically approve reservation extension requests - Now Owners can opt into accepting all rental extension requests without taking any action. Renters will get to request to keep a vehicle longer, and you can automatically earn more money for your business.

For Renters, this release comes with:

• Quicker way to reserve vehicles. Now you can book a vehicle without having to navigate as many pages. Filter by price, distance, or even by Premium Owners to discover the right-fit vehicle for your business. In just a few clicks, find and reserve the vehicles you need.

• Assign a default driver - Set a driver to be automatically assigned to your next rental. And if you need to switch drivers, add another with just a click. Your business will save time now that you don’t have to assign Drivers one at-a-time.

• Faster pick-ups. We’re down to just a 4-step process to complete your pre-trip inspection. All without any paperwork and from the palm of your hand. Your business can have vehicles on the road in less time.
