How do prices compare to what I would see at the rental counter?
COOP offers prices that are competitive with local rental counters. Discounts may be available for transactions that are over 1 week.
Where are COOP vehicles located?
Vehicles listed on COOP are typically located at the Owner’s business location.
In what condition are the vehicles listed on COOP?
Vehicles on COOP come in a variety of year, make, and models, so the vehicle condition will vary. All Owners on COOP are required to provide vehicles in good working condition. We are proud of the high satisfaction ratings our customers report.
What methods of payment are accepted by COOP?
COOP accepts all major credit cards for deposit and rental payment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Once an Owner has accepted your reservation, you will be charged a prepaid mileage fee and a security deposit. The prepaid mileage fee is based on an estimated amount of miles for your reservation. Upon vehicle return, your mileage payment will be adjusted based on the actual mileage used. You may also be charged a security deposit that covers any incidentals during your rental. This deposit will be refunded upon vehicle return or applied to any other additional costs for your rental.
How does vehicle pickup and drop-off work?
Vehicle pickup and drop-off using our mobile application is required for every rental transaction. The driver will upload photos of the vehicle to document its condition, mileage, fuel level, and refrigeration hours (when applicable). We’ll use these in the event there are any accidents or claims, so be sure to provide clear pictures of the entire vehicle before and after rental.
What should I do if the vehicle breaks down?
If the vehicle has a flat tire, a mechanical issue, or any other problem that prevents you from traveling safely during a rental transaction, we can send roadside assistance to help. Please contact our 24/7 Roadside Assistance at 855-961-2413.
