When it comes to construction for both buildings and roads, different machinery and equipment are used. One way to get this equipment to the site is by using a tandem-axle to haul them as they can effectively carry out heavy tasks without affecting their efficiency.
Tandem-axles have double drive axles on each side. The axles are used to offer support and enable the day cab to carry heavy hauls while still maintaining top performance. Also, the tandem-axle cab can be used to tow extra loads depending on its capacity and this enables hauling different kinds of loads.
Dry Cargo Transportation
Through attaching a box trailer to the cab, a tandem-axle day cab can be used to transport dry cargo. Because of the quality, the tandem-axle day cab can be used to carry the cargo over long distances despite the weight. The two-axle drives on the tandem-axle day cab make it steady enough even when being driven over rough terrain.
