Dry Truck
This truck is perfect for hauling dry products that are non-perishable. It is fully enclosed hence protects the cargo from external elements. This type of truck is perfect for hauling goods such as electronics and furniture. Dry trucks can haul goods in either boxes, pallets, or loose, they offer endless possibilities.
Refrigerated Truck
This truck is also known as a reefer; custom made to suit your business that entails temperature-sensitive goods. A refrigerated truck is perfect for the delivery of meat, medical applications, and frozen foods. They are further customized with either single temperature zones or multiple temperature zones which are efficient for transporting a variety of products. COOP offers these diverse reefer truck rentals in Detroit that you can access easily.
Stake Truck
This type of truck is compared to a flatbed, only that it has upright stakes on its side that help to secure the cargo in transit. They are highly configured to suit your business efficiently. Stake trucks can perfectly haul tall and loose cargo since they provide support and extended payload for agricultural use and landscaping. They can handle loads between 1815 lbs to 4005 lbs depending on their size.
Isuzu
Isuzu is a worldwide-trusted Japanese brand that manufactures box trucks and chassis cabs among other varieties. Isuzu trucks are highly maneuverable in tight areas and can either be light or medium-duty. The Isuzu FTR, for instance, has 14.2 chassis with a GVWR of approximately 26,000 lbs. The NQR is perfect for hauling heavy loads such as the reefer box.
Hino
Also a Japanese brand, Hino manufactures commercial trucks. Hino trucks are reliable, such as the Hino 300 model which is built for durability and versatility. The cab has a wide view giving the driver full visibility and is also spacious. The truck is fuel and environmentally efficient due to its minimal emissions. The Hino 700 is an ideal heavy-duty truck with durable parts and maintainability. It is also aerodynamic thus reducing air resistance which ultimately conserves fuel.
Freightliner
This is a commercial truck producer with incredible innovations such as the electric eCascadia and eM2 which are fuel-efficient and reliable. The M2106 has a capacity of about 66,000 lbs, is versatile, has total visibility, and is medium-duty making it suitable for your retail delivery business.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Frozen Food Delivery
Reefer trucks are best suited for this role since they have refrigeration appliances installed. These could either be diesel-powered or use carbon dioxide depending on the brand. Frozen foods such as ice cream, fish, or dairy products are stored under freezing temperatures until delivery is made.
Appliance Hauling
Trucks are used in the delivery of appliances that are fragile in nature. This makes a dry van the best option to transport home or office appliances to their destination be it from retail shops to the customer or from the manufacturers to retailers. A large straight truck rental from COOP would be a great option for appliance hauling.
Produce Delivery
Farm produce such as fruits and vegetables are delivered to customers or local market stores in trucks, mainly reefers in order to maintain freshness. Non-perishable ones such as cereals can be delivered in dry trucks.
