With a maximum freight weight of 40,000lbs, extendable double drops can be used for a variety of transportation uses. The maximum legal length of extendable double drops is 50ft, with up to 8.5ft in width. Also, the maximum height of freight they can carry is 11.6ft and for extra loads, they come with additional two or three trailers.
Stretch removable gooseneck trailers are suitable for hauling loads too heavy or large for standard removable gooseneck trailers. These loads can be as tall as 11.6ft and can have maximum weights varying from 42,000pounds to 150,000 pounds. The legal maximum length and width of stretch removable gooseneck trailers are 65ft and 8.5ft respectively.
Lowboys, just like RGNs, are used for hauling tall freight. They have a varying number of axles which enable them to carry different freight weights which could vary from 40,000 pounds to 80,000 pounds, including the weight of the truck. Also, standard lowboys can carry freight as high as 12 feet, and have maximum lengths varying from 24ft to 29.6ft.
