No matter the job, enjoy the freedom of flexibility at competitive rates.
Front Fixed
Front fixed is a refrigerated trailer with the cooling unit fixed at the front of the cargo area to ensure uniform temperature. This is the most popular variation of refrigerated trailers. It is used when the cargo is of the same type and requires the same temperature to keep it in good condition. Once the temperature is set at the beginning of the trip, it can be easily maintained throughout. Most front-fixed refrigerated trailers have their independent power supply separate from the trailer.
Multiple Temperature Zone
As the name implies, the multiple temperature zone refrigerated trailers maintain different temperatures throughout the vehicle. This type of refrigerated trailer is great for transporting different goods that require varying degrees of temperature during freight. Each of these goods is placed in different compartments based on their temperature-specific needs.
Wooden Floor
The wooden flooring is preferable for refrigerated trailers. This preference arises from the fact that wooden floors allow better air circulation and shock absorption during transport. These features will protect the transported goods and give a greater assurance of them being delivered in good conditions.
Utility
Utility has some of the best refrigerated trailers in the world today. Their trucks are designed to maximize the safety of the goods and the driver's comfort throughout the trip. The features that ensure safety include sensors that monitor stability and trigger braking intervention when necessary, load restraining devices, temperature monitoring systems, remote evaporators, and other safety and durability measures.
Thermo King
Thermo King is an expert in temperature-related machinery, and their trailers reflect that fact. They offer varieties from single temperature to multi-temperature trailer units with different fuel options. In addition, their trailers have the latest technological fittings to keep them at the top of the pack, and the comfort of the driver is also given priority.
Hyundai
Hyundai consistently produces some of the best refrigerated trailers leading the market. These trailers from Hyundai have great technical updates that put their functionality in top gear. The maker also pays great attention to the cab area as it is fitted with appealing interior designs to make the driver's task comfortable. In addition, Hyundai often manufactures refrigerated trailer models to cater to particular types of cargoes.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Food Transportation
Refrigerated trailers are mostly used to transport food items, especially frozen food. Frozen food items such as poultry, meat, and dairy products require cool temperatures to preserve them while they are being transported. Whether making a purchase or a delivery, you can rent a refrigerated trailer with COOP to transport your perishables to their destination without spoilage.
Flower Transportation
Flowers do not require cold temperatures to survive, but they must not be kept under harsh weather conditions. To prevent flowers from wilting while being transported, people often rent refrigerated trailers to keep these goods safe.
Medical Supplies
Medical equipment is kept in environments with regulated temperatures to function properly. This requirement becomes an important factor when transporting this equipment from one place to another. This is why people rent refrigerated trailers when transporting this sensitive equipment.
