These are the most common types of trailers. They don’t have specific modifications to accommodate more freight, and most of them have maximum lengths of 53ft and widths of 8.6ft. The open sides of the trailer make it easy to load and offload cargo, which cannot exceed 48,000 lb.
Step deck trailers have two trailers, such that a top deck drops to a bottom one. This creates a lower deck from the main one and increases the height capacity of the type of freight they can haul.
The name is suggestive, double drop trailers literally have two drops on the deck. Instead of one even-leveled deck, they drop both at the front part and the back. This constitutes of three parts; the front deck, well, and the back deck. Due to the well created from the double drop, they are able to haul freight of up to 11.6ft in height. This makes double drops ideal for hauling freight that cannot be hauled using standard flatbed trailers because of height limitations.
Hyundai has proven mastery in the manufacture of reliable flatbed trailers. Their flatbed trailers are some of the most sought-after in the market today thanks to their unique features. Hyundai trailers are also durable and manufactured with the aim to suit a variety of hauling needs.

When it comes to landscaping, large equipment and machinery are used. Cutting down trees, clearing them from the site, evening out hilly places, clearing rocks, and so on. Flatbed trailers are used to haul machinery required for these tasks.
Some flatbed trailers sit very close to the ground purposely for hauling tall freight. Flatbed trailers are modified to haul types of cargo that cannot fit in standard enclosed trailers. They are also the safest option for large cargo which would risk the safety of other motorists on the road.
It depends on the size of the flatbed trailer you are looking for. When you rent with COOP you will pay starting from $21 per day for a small flatbed trailer.
