Step Decks
Instead of a flat even deck, step decks have a section that drops lower in order to haul taller loads. This creates a safe medium for transporting tall loads of freight under standard overpasses. These can also be used with ramps to easily put large equipment in place. They have two decks, a top one with a maximum length of 11ft and a bottom one with a maximum length of 37ft.
Stake Bed Body
Stake bed bodies are standard flatbed trucks built with holes around the sides where upright metal bars are fitted. These metal bars are also known as stakes and are used to support the cargo in transit. The fact that they are removable helps to load and unload freight more easily.
Flat Bed Body
These are popular, and haul freight from a flat surface usually made of metal or wooden planks stuck together. They have no sides or roof which means that cargo can be loaded and unloaded with ease and from any side of the truck. Loads can be strapped down to prevent falling over, and the truck can be hinged down to easily load and unload items.
Logging Body
These are very common in the landscaping and logging industries. They are customized for hauling large logs in the safest way possible. Apart from a middle fixed beam, they are also built with side posts and fastening straps that hold the logs together. To easily unload cargo, they come with power hoists while loading is done through winches or cranes.
Isuzu
Isuzu trucks are very versatile, they are reliable and built to last long. The cab area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for business owners that work for long hours. The quality is also significantly high, making then safe for different types of heavy hauling uses.
Freightliner
Not just in the US alone, Freightliner trucks are common around the globe. With horsepower engines of between 300 to 600, they are built to handle different types of loads. They are also built with the aerodynamic feature which helps to save on fuel hence a good fit for businesses that need to cut on costs.
