The specifications listed are based upon COOP's most commonly rented fleet. They are not the exact measurements of all fleet vehicles rented by COOP. Specifications will vary by make, model, and year of trailer.
No matter the job, enjoy the freedom of flexibility at competitive rates.
Day Cabs
These are built for day trips, just as the name suggests. They don’t have sleeper cab features, so if you want to make a trip ensure that it is for a single day or that the driver has accommodation elsewhere. Each of the models has different capabilities and strengths for different transportation needs.
Sleeper Tractors
Unlike conventional day cabs, sleeper tractors have a resting area, so the driver can take long trips without worrying about accommodation. Hook your sleeper tractor to a trailer of your choice and you’re good to go. Make sure to check the available sleeper tractor rentals on the COOP app to ensure that they are compatible with the trailer you have.
Single axle Tractors
You could rent a single axle sleeper tractor or rent a single axle day cab, which carry the lighter loads. A single axle tractor means that there is one drive axle hence single wheels on each side of the tractor. One of the major downsides of the single axle tractor is that they are not able to haul heavy loads. But on the bright side, they can be used to carry anything light and medium-duty loads.
Tandem Axle Tractors
Tandem axle day cab tractors or tandem axle sleeper tractors, on the other hand, have double axles instead of one. This translates to more wheels and even better, more support. They give the driver more control when driving. As a result, tandem axle tractors can be used to carry what single axles cannot.
Freightliner
Freightliner is a household name when it comes to tractors. If you are looking for a combination of power, safety, and durability, then it is a perfect choice with a wide array of options. What’s more, most Freightliner sleeper cab models are simply a home away from home. Important features such as maximized driver comfort, productivity, satisfaction, and strength, just to mention a few, are some of the unparalleled features Freightliner boasts.
International
From the aesthetics to the functionality, International tractors are a complete package. Their tractors are built to endure long trips, light to heavy-duty cargo, and more. And the options are endless, whether you want modern and optimized or if you want standard but functional, there is something for you. Whether you need your sleeper or day cab to be single axle or tandem axle the selection is limitless on the COOP platform.
Mack
Mack has continued to manufacture tractors with varied configurations over the years. Mack has ensured that its different models offer the utmost convenience and functionality to users, which makes renting a Mack tractor a great option. Among its inventory, the CX 613 vision tractor is among the newest and has some of the best features the company has to offer.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Long Hauls
While tractors are great for hauling different cargo types, they are perfect for long hauls. The biggest perk for using tractor rentals for long hauls is that some of them have a sleeping area, so the driver can always rest if the trip is long. Even better, some sleeper cabs have the capacity to accommodate up to two drivers, so this is great for long trips that require more than one driver.
Heavy Hauling
Built for strength, tractors are great for hauling heavy cargo that is dry or refrigerated. Renting a tractor for your dry goods trailer is a good choice for electronics, textiles, equipment, and non-perishable goods capacity. Or you can hitch it to a refrigerated trailer if you need to freight produce or other perishables.
