Extendable double drop trailers have extra two or three trailers which makes them the best for carrying heavier weight than standard double drop trailers can carry. They have a freight weight limit of up to 40,000lbs with a legal freight height of up to 11.6 feet. Also, extendable double drop trailers have maximum varying lengths of 29ft to 50 ft. and widths of up to 8.5 feet.
Removable gooseneck trucks are also abbreviated as RGN and can haul freight as heavy as 150,000 pounds. They are fitted with additional axles which make it easy to haul extremely heavy loads and can be as long as 29ft on the main deck and as wide as 8.5ft. The trailer part of the RGN truck is removable to form a ramp that aids with loading and unloading. The legal freight height for removable goosenecks is limited to 11.6ft.
