No matter the job, enjoy the freedom of flexibility at competitive rates.
Wooden Floor
Its primary benefit is improved airflow throughout the cargo. Wood also acts as a shock absorber and provides good base support for the cargo. Hardwood is commonly used because it is strong and long-lasting. The disadvantage of a wooden floor is that it is prone to rotting and mildew if not properly maintained. It is recommended that the floor be replaced regularly.
Metal Floor
A metallic floor, on the other hand, is designed with durability and hygiene in mind. Such a type of truck can be used to haul relatively heavier loads than one with wooden flooring. Oftentimes, high-quality types of metal are fitted on both the floor and walls of the cargo space area.
Multiple Temperature Zone
This type of refrigerated box truck has multiple temperature zones, making it ideal for cargo with varying temperature requirements. Some perishables have different temperature requirements, such as meat, which requires cooler conditions than vegetables. Such goods can be transported in a single truck using a multi-zoned reefer.
Hino
Hino refrigerated box trucks are built to be both functional and long-lasting. Both the exterior and interior are designed to provide high-quality performance. A Hino refrigerated box truck driver can attest to the vehicle's versatility and ease of operation. A wide view of the driver's cab also contributes to ease of driving.
Scania
Scania trucks are designed to meet the needs of your business. They have the technology to custom-build a refrigerated box truck for whatever task is at hand. Furthermore, the trucks are ideal for the congested city environment. Driving in cities necessitates the use of a versatile vehicle that is also environmentally conscious. The vehicle is outfitted with city safe windows to assist the driver in assessing changing road conditions.
Utility
Utility reefer box trucks are dependable and provide quality performance. The reefer floor is made of heavy-duty aluminum that is corrosion-free and long-lasting. The door is designed to be lightweight while also being thermally efficient. It is also equipped with bonded foam, which reduces moisture entry points. The side walls have an extra layer of protection that allows them to withstand impact without causing damage to the cargo. Utility reefer trucks that have aerodynamic features are more efficient in terms of fuel consumption.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Fresh Produce Transportation
Goods must be moved continuously from producers to consumers. Some of these items must be transported in a refrigerated box truck to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition. To preserve their quality and avoid spoilages, fresh produce can be delivered using refrigerated box truck rentals.
Specialty Transportation
This refers to the transportation of goods that require a controlled environment to survive. Because it has a temperature control system in its cargo area, a refrigerated box truck is best suited for this job. Engineered chemicals are mostly used in transportation with such zeal. The majority of them are temperature sensitive, and their chemical composition can be easily altered if exposed to unfavorable conditions.
Final Mile Delivery
Another common use of the reefer box trucks rented with COOP is final mile delivery. Regardless of the nature of your business, refrigerated box trucks come in different cargo space configurations which makes it easy to find a perfect fit for your business.
