The specifications listed are based upon COOP's most commonly rented fleet. They are not the exact measurements of all fleet vehicles rented by COOP. Specifications will vary by make, model, and year of trailer.
No matter the job, enjoy the freedom of flexibility at competitive rates.
Drop Deck
These trailers have no roof, sides, or doors, but instead of having one level to their flatbed, they have two. The upper deck is the standard height that attaches to the tractor pulling the cargo, and then it drops down to a lower deck, This allows for larger and taller cargo to be stored on the back while still being low without posing any risks.
Standard Flatbed Trailer
These are the most common types of flatbed trailers. While most of the other variations are adjustable to meet the needs of different cargo types, these are pretty basic. They consist of a single flat deck that is level all through. However, they are used for different heavy and tall freight purposes within Pelham.
Flatbed Stretch Trailer
A flatbed stretch trailer has an extendable and retractable bed. These trailers typically start at around 48 ft. long and can be extended up to 80 ft. long at their maximum length. It creates space to accommodate unusually long cargo such as industrial piping or pre-built parts of roads or bridges.
Utility
Utility is a trailer company that manufactures a variety of products. The company has focused on building trailers that could withstand the strains of constant use, heavy loads, and rough terrain. Their flatbed trailers benefit from the simplicity of design, standardized construction methods, and mass production which culminate in strong and durable models such as their Utility 4000 AE and their Utility 4000S.
Great Dane
Great Dane has been manufacturing trailers that are very popular on the highways today. The company has continued to respond to changing needs and requirements, keeping its products innovative and cutting-edge. By renting a Great Dane trailer such as the Freedom model, you get to experience one of their great customizations like safety-grip surfaces, suspension packages, and enhanced load securement options.
Wabash
Wabash National Corporation got its start in 1985 when a group of entrepreneurs set a goal to improve the design and production of commercial semi-trailers. They have since grown to become an industry leader that has continued to push design standards in the industry to new heights. It has a fleet of versatile, strong, and aerodynamic trailers built for every need.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Landscaping
Landscaping companies need to be able to quickly load up debris and brush from landscaping worksites and move them onto the next site. Also, they require powerful tractors to haul equipment for the different tasks involved. The lack of a roof and long bed enables the easy loading and unloading of this equipment.
Logging
The logging industry needs a reliable way to transport large amounts of cut-up lumbar to centers that can process this lumbar into consumable products. Flatbed trailers are tough and open, making them easy to load with wooden logs. Also, some flatbed trailer models come with chains and straps that help with securing loads during transportation.
Machinery Transportation
On plant sites or other areas where large machinery is located, there always arises the need to move it for maintenance or replacement. Flatbed trailers can accommodate moving this heavy-duty machinery due to their easy loading and strong bed floors.
