Cabover Straight Truck
The cab-over straight truck is marked by the driver cab being built over the engine. This design means that the front of the truck is flat and does not have the traditional nose that many associate with a truck. However, this design includes benefits such as easier maneuverability and better visibility for the drivers of these cabins because they are closer to the front of the truck, and they make great delivery vehicles.
Conventional Straight Truck
A conventional straight truck has the engine of the vehicle in front of the river’s cabin located in the “nose” of the truck. This design can limit visibility and maneuverability compared to the cab-over design, but it is also much more comfortable for the driver, making it ideal for longer trips.
Light-Duty Straight Truck
Light-duty straight trucks can load between 8,500 lbs. to 14,500 lbs. of freight in their cargo area. Being purposed for smaller cargo, this truck has lower fuel emissions than a larger vehicle and provides more agility for quicker deliveries.
Scania
Scania creates powerful straight trucks that are known for the comfort they provide their drivers. These powerful trucks can carry varying amounts of freight, and maintain a high level of preparedness for getting through your next trip. Founded in 1911, and sporting great straight truck models like the Scania G280 or the Scania R480, keep them in mind for your freight transportation needs.
Hino
Hino, a Japanese manufacturer started in 1942, creates quality trucks that maximize windshield capacity, making them safe and easier to maneuver for drivers. With great models like the Hino 338 and the Hino 258, the brand offers very diverse truck options customized for every business need.
Freightliner
Freightliner is an innovative company that has focused on manufacturing innovative trucks from its humble beginnings in 1942. Freightliner focuses on sustainability by designing aerodynamic trucks that lower fuel emissions and increase your next trip’s profitability. You may find one of their great straight trucks, like the Freighliner Columbia 120 or the Freightliner Business Class M2 106.

Moving Services
If you're looking to move, or if you’ve been contracted to help with a residential or commercial move, then straight truck rentals make the best solution for the job. In fact, most movers in Pelham use straight trucks to make their daily deliveries. With their spacious and secure cargo areas, the straight truck rental is a perfect vehicle for many of these companies, not to mention their fuel efficiency.
Appliance Delivery
Retailers and wholesalers who offer appliances also often need a way to deliver these appliances to their customers.
