Single Axle Tractors
Single axle tractors are designed to haul large and heavy loads. They are referred to as single axle tractors because they have one drive axle on each side of the tractor. However, this can be a disadvantage when compared to a tractor with double or more drive axles on each side.
Tandem Axle Tractors
Tandem-axle tractors are a sturdier version of single axle tractors. Such that, instead of a single drive axle on both sides, they have two drive axles. As a result, they can carry heavier loads that can’t be hauled using single-axle tractors. If you are looking for a single axle tractor substitution, you can rent a good tandem axle tractor with COOP.
Sleeper Cab Tractors
As the name suggests, sleeper cab tractors are made with a sleeper berth area. As such, they are most common for long hauls, where the driver can take breaks and rest before proceeding. The driver can complete very long hauls at the specified time since planning for long trips is easier with a sleeper tractor.
Volvo
Volvo tractors are durable and efficient, so they last for a long period of time while serving the intended purpose to satisfaction. Equipped with the latest technological innovations, the tractors are more than just commercial vehicles. Especially when you consider their sleeper cab model, they are built for comfort, safety, and efficiency. To top it, they are fitted with unique features that make them easy to use.
International
International boasts a wide range of tractors for different commercial uses. Depending on your needs and specifications you have different options to choose from their extensive collection. Apart from the fact that the tractors are made to withstand the harshness of a long-distance trip and their streamlined design ensures there is minimum drag during transportation.
Mack
Mack has continued to modernize its tractors, using some of the best innovative technologies. One of the outstanding features of Mack tractors is that they are durable. Also, they are quite reliable and built for different transportation needs. Join COOP and rent a Mack tractor from the list of seasonal tractor rentals in San Diego.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Appliance Hauling
Tractors are widely used for the transportation of appliances. Depending on the weight of the appliances you need to haul, a preferred trailer can be attached to the tractor. Also, having the right tractor rental ensures that you can haul your appliances to your destination safely.
Long Hauls
Tractors can also be used for long hauls. For instance, sleeper cabs have the required specifications to haul loads for long distances, as they are built with a resting area for the driver whenever they need to take a break from the job. You can rent one of the many sleeper tractor rentals on COOP for your business today.
Heavy Hauls
Tractors are often used for heavy hauling. Tractors come in different sizes and the number of axles on each tractor will help determine the weight of the cargo it can support in a single trip. As such, a lot of tractor rentals are used for construction and landscaping. Both of these sectors rely on large machinery and equipment that can be conveniently hauled using different types of tractor rentals available on COOP.
