Multiple Temperature Zone
Some straight refrigerated trucks include refrigeration units with the capability to program various temperature zones in their cargo sections. These can be a wonderful alternative for companies with a single load of items that need to be kept at a specific temperature or a day full of deliveries that each require a different temperature.
Metallic Floor
Straight trucks with refrigerated interiors and metallic floors can save money. This is because metal is a stronger conductor than wood, requiring less energy from the refrigeration system. The disadvantage of metallic flooring is that it is more stiff than wood and does not offer much shock absorption or airflow. They are therefore a fantastic option for cargo like frozen goods or medical supplies.
Wooden Floor
To allow for air circulation, which is necessary for cargo like fresh fruit or flowers, wooden floor reefer trucks are used. Additionally, they offer superior cargo shock absorption. The drawback of having wooden flooring is that it will eventually need to be replaced because they absorb moisture while metal floors do not.
Thermo King
In the trucking industry, Thermo King is widely recognized for its excellence. The company brings a balanced quality to its refrigerated straight trucks that set them apart from other brands. From manufacturing high-quality refrigeration systems to very comfortable cab areas, and powerful engines, Thermo King reefer trucks are exceptional.
Heiwo
Heiwo's high-quality products have earned them a reputation for a wide base of satisfied customers. This company is renowned across the world for producing top-notch refrigeration trucks and units and is the leading producer of reefer straight trucks in the Netherlands.
Doepker Industries
Doepker Industries' refrigerated straight trucks have some of the greatest resale values in the whole business since they are designed to increase productivity for its customers. The business is renowned for its customer-driven philosophy, which means that the ideas for its goods are derived directly from those of its customers.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Medical Equipment
When being transported, medical equipment should be handled with considerable caution as it can be incredibly fragile. Others must be kept, even throughout transportation, within a very narrow temperature range until they are utilized. The best option for delivering medical equipment that must be delivered at a specified temperature is to use refrigerated straight trucks.
Flower Transportation
Flowers can wilt and lose all of their beauty in hot weather. If you operate a flower delivery service, you can perform all required deliveries using the desired brand and size of a rental refrigerated straight truck.
Produce Delivery
You want to make sure the produce stays fresh when you transport it to St. Louis restaurants, farmer's markets, or grocery shops. Rentals for refrigerated straight trucks are useful in this situation. Make sure the one you rent has wooden floors so there is more airflow.
