Detachable Gooseneck Trailers
Detachable gooseneck trailers are known for their capacity in transporting large consignments. When loading heavy cargo to such a massive trailer it can be a daunting task. The great thing about detachable gooseneck is the ease that presents itself when loading the deck. They can be lowered to the ground and act as a ramp for drivable cargo.
Telescopic Flatbed Trailer
They are referred to as ‘telescopic’ due to their extendable capabilities. They can stretch out to accommodate more cargo or large commodities within a single trip. The trailers can stretch from a resting length of 40 feet to an extended length of 80 feet. High strength steel is commonly used in manufacturing these flatbeds to ensure the structural integrity of the vehicle whether extended or closed.
3 Axles Flatbed Trailers
The number of axles on a trailer affected the performance of the vehicle. The more the axle the sturdier the trailer. 3 axles are often used due to the ability to adequately distribute cargo while also maintaining urban area stands in regards to the permitted overall weight of a vehicle. 3 axle flatbeds balance the scale.
Hyundai has always promised its users the best solutions to their day-to-day transportation needs. They have been involved in ensuring safety and efficiency when on the road. The HT Flatbed offers great performance when hitting the open road. With the structure made from hot-dipped galvanized steel, the flatbed can withstand the harshness of the elements.
Manac has been giving a competitive advantage to the users of its trailers in the transport industry. Making sure that their flatbed line is ever at par with the technological advances in the market. For instance, the Combo Flatbed is designed with great structural enhancements. By using "x" bracing in joining together the flatbed mainframe, the trailers can distribute weight evenly thus making them reliable.
Great Dane flatbeds have been in the market for ages and the market has always been receptive to their ever-evolving products. The Freedom XP flatbed has been designed to offer strength for both long and heavy hauls. By using aluminum the deck is not only durable but also reduces the weight of the trailer affecting fuel consumption positively.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
The platform of a flatbed is quite versatile; it allows for the shipment of a variety of cargo. Freight containers can be placed onto flatbeds to be shipped to their required destination. With the help of a crane, the containers can be loaded onto the flatbeds and for safety and security, the containers must be clipped onto the deck.
Hauling Building Materials
The frame of a flatbed is quite tough thus making the vehicle capable of working at construction sites to move heavy materials. Apart from bringing steel beams and heavy slabs to the construction site they can also be used to haul debris that is a by-product of any construction project.
Moving Heavy Machinery
It's common to spot large machinery being moved on a flatbed trailer. The platform offers no spatial restrictions when compared to its counterparts. For example, with the extendable flatbed, the deck can be stretched to accommodate cargo with long lengths.
