Removable Goosenecks (RGN)
These are called removable because they can be detached from the cabin. The gooseneck is the part where the trailer is attached to the cabin. RGNs are very convenient because you can detach them to form a ramp that is used to load freight onto the deck. These flatbed trailers are configured with multiple axles which increase their hauling capacity and support. As such, the more axles on the trailers, the heavier the loads they can carry. On average, RGNs can have a length of approximately 29 ft.
Lowboys
Lowboys are the extremely low types of flatbed trailers. They are also known as double drops because of the drop made between the two axles. Lowboys have a well created in between the two drops that is used for carrying very tall loads with a maximum height of 14 feet. This well also helps to maintain the load’s stability.
Extendable Stretch Trailer
Extendable trailers can be stretched out to different lengths that exceed that of a standard flatbed trailer. They can also be retracted to their normal lengths once the task is done. Usually, they can be stretched up to 80 feet when really long freight such as turbines need to be hauled.
Vanguard
Vanguard produces flatbed trailer models such as the VAF that is made of aluminum and VSF made of lightweight steel. Both of these flatbed trailers are 48” in length and can haul up to 80,000lbs. They are also built to provide incredible performance and productivity for different businesses. The VAF is strong and durable due to its anti-corrosion nature.
Scania
Scania manufactures trailers meant to serve different industries. The trailers are high performers with fuel efficiency and environmentally friendly. Scania flatbed trailers lay close to the ground giving them a big payload as well as making it easy to load and unload. International has a fleet of heavy-duty flatbed trailers. After completing the registration form, a COOP member will connect with you to set up your free account. Then, get ready to start reserving!
Find Your Vehicles
You can use various filters or speak with our expert team to search for the equipment that perfectly fits your business’s needs. Request to reserve vehicles directly from a mobile device or desktop computer.
Pick-Up
Once at the pick-up location, drivers will upload photos of the vehicle’s condition on the platform and get the keys from the vehicle’s owner to begin a rental and get on the road.
Drop-Off
To complete reservations, simply have drivers return the vehicles to their designated locations, hand off the keys, and upload some return pictures. Pay the daily rate and mileage, and you're done!
