Multiple Temperature Zone
Multiple temperature zones allow one truck to serve several cargo needs. Temperature levels vary in different parts of the vehicle, with each merchandise getting only the appropriate fixtures. With this variant, you can transport multiple goods without worrying about peculiarities.
Metallic Floor
A unique selling point for metallic floor trucks is their durability. They last longer than wooden floors but are not a premium fit for goods that need proper air circulation. A great perk for businesses is that metallic flooring retains the cold for a long time improving the refrigeration functionality of the truck.
Wooden Floor
These are the exact opposite of metallic floors. They don't last long enough but can provide quality air the products need. Wooden floors are a great choice if periodic replacement is an option for you.
Freightliner
If you're searching for go-to brands in the reefer truck sector, Freightliner will certainly pop up a few times. The company's refrigerated trucks are in various sizes and configurations, making it easy to choose one for your needs. You also need to look no further than the vehicle's popularity to determine its reception in the market. A notable model from its factories is the M2 106, one you can rely on for last-mile deliveries.
Isuzu
Isuzu is popular for its manufacture of light to medium-duty trucks. For a business that makes food or dairy product deliveries within the city, Isuzu is simply a great fit. Its suitability for urban environments is due to the ease of navigating clustered areas. However, in a shift from the norm, Isuzu has evolved into making larger vehicles. One of these is the Isuzu FTR which represents the company's goal to compete through innovation. The truck fares well on state highways and intra-city roads and has an interior designed for driver comfort. The Isuzu NPR is another design that, like others by the brand, provides excellent visibility on roads. It uses fuel efficiently and will stay in action for a good number of years.
Thermo King
Thermo King's dominance in the refrigeration space does not come without good reason. It develops and infuses streaks of innovative technologies into its products. For instance, the Thermo King V-1000 refrigeration unit challenges diesel-powered counterparts in fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, payload, and cargo protection. Its non-reliance on diesel fuel also gives it a green tick for eco-friendliness.
Hino
Hino is a manufacturer with a boldly competitive mindset. Its vehicles come with an array of benefits which include 24/7 Roadside Assistance, a 5-year warranty, and vehicle maintenance packages. Moreover, the brand also understands the need for ergonomic design in haulage vehicles and incorporates it accordingly. One prestigious model, the Hino 195 has been described as a wayfarer that is both durable and protective of its cargo.
