Single Axle Sleeper Cab Tractor
Single axle sleeper cabs are tractors with single wheels on each side. These vehicles are used to carry heavy goods across long distances. This sleeper cab is lighter than the tandem axle and runs better on even roads. However, the flip side is that it is less stable than tandem axle tractors and may provide a less smooth trip on rough roads.
Tandem Axle Sleeper Cab Tractor
Tandem axle sleeper cab tractors come with double axles on either side of the vehicle. Due to the additional support provided by the extra wheels, tandem axle sleeper cabs are more stable on uneven roads. As a result, they make for comfortable rides during long journeys during which the driver has to stop to rest and sleep, as needed.
Air Suspension Sleeper Cab Tractor
Sleeper cab tractors are mostly used to carry heavy cargoes so, this variation of a tractor was created to provide a lift for the vehicle. The suspension helps the vehicle navigate better on rough terrains, and the ride is smoother. The benefits of the suspension go beyond the comfort of the driver to that of the goods. The smooth ride this variation of the sleeper cab tractor provides ensures that the goods get to their destination in one piece.
Freightliner
Freightliner is one of the foremost makers of sleeper cab tractors. The vehicles from this brand are standard in functionality and comfort. The cab area is fitted with the most up-to-date amenities, including comfortable seats and an expandable sleeping area. In addition, the cargo area is more spacious than most of its competition and keeps the goods in perfect condition throughout the journey.
Mack
Mack tractors are leaders in the sleeper cab competition. The most common of the lot is the Mack Titan High-rise sleeper cab which has been in vogue for over a decade. The tractor features a classic cargo area that can hold heavy-duty freights over a long distance. In addition, the sleeping area grows in comfort every time the brand releases a new model. Today, Mack's tractors are one of the best you can rent at COOP.
Volvo
Volvo is another brand that has been around for a long time. Despite the ages, Volvo tractors are still some of the best you can get. Going for a Volvo will assure you of a seamless ride when you want to get a sleeper cab rental. This brand provides one of the best driver experiences with its technical setup, making the long drive less stressful.
Don't just take our word, hear what COOP customers have to say about our platform.
“The supply of short-term rental trucks was almost impossible. COOP was able to help by connecting us to equipment Owners that weren’t utilizing their fleets.”
“I like the convenience of being able to pick up the vehicles when I need them, check them out on the app, take pictures, and get on the road.”
Heavy Hauling
Sleeper cab tractors are great at hauling heavy cargoes with the capacity to carry up to 20,000 lbs of load. The benefit of renting this type of vehicle is that you can carry all the heavy load you have across whatever distance without bother. With the single axle variation providing enough support for these loads, renting a tandem axle cab only guarantees stability throughout the journey.
Long-Distance Hauling
There are day cabs for short-distance freights, but the sleeper cab tractors are made for the long haul. When you rent a sleeper cab to haul your freight across a long-distance, you can be more relaxed during the journey. All you have to do is extend the sleeping area when you want to sleep and close it up when you continue your trip.
Construction Hauling
Construction work is heavy work, and there is always lots of heavy equipment to carry around. This vehicle can carry all the heavy materials to the construction site and from the premises.
