Single Axle Day Cab Tractor
Single axle day cab tractors work well for heavy loads that need to be delivered into a congested, urban environment. They are lighter and more maneuverable, suitable for daytime deliveries. Whatever you need a single axle day cab rental for, COOP can help you find the right one for your hauling needs in Grand Junction.
Single Axle Sleeper Cab Tractor
A single axle sleeper cab tractor has a sleeping compartment attached behind the cab to provide a place for the driver to rest when needed. This saves both time and money by using the compartment to sleep rather than renting multiple hotel rooms on cross-country trips. Also, it makes these tractors a little heavier than single axle day cab tractors.
Diesel Engine
Diesel tractors are very common, with attractive benefits such as toughness and dependability. As a result, diesel-fitted tractors have long been preferred by the industries that require hard work out of their equipment and vehicles, like the long haul trucking or construction. Diesel fuel also contains more energy per drop burned than gasoline, a major advantage for businesses looking for fuel efficiency.
Electric Engine
While the cost of fuel has continued to rise, electric engines are being manufactured as alternatives. Not only do they reduce fuel costs by getting rid of the combustion engine, but electric engines also produce more torque than gasoline or even diesel engines. Based on seasonal availability, COOP has different engine tractors available for rent for local businesses in Grand Junction.
Volvo
Volvo is the second highest-selling tractor manufacturer in the world. Its tractors are known for their quality, comfort, and engineering excellence. With a keen eye on driver comfort and safety, tractors built by Volvo are highly sought by most drivers and have equally been able to stand out from those of their competitors.
Freightliner
Freightliner is well-known for its manufacture of high-quality, dependable, and powerful tractors. Combining both maximized power and fuel efficiency in their single axle day cabs, Freightliner tractors are known for their aerodynamic designs which greatly contribute to the fuel efficiency advantage.
Mack
Mack tractors are built sturdy and tough to enable them to pull nearly any load. The powertrain included in Mack single axle day cab tractors is impressive, not to mention the technology used in their manufacture. These tractors are also highly customizable, so depending on the seasonal availability you may find a wide variety of different options when looking for a Mack single axle tractor for rent on the COOP platform.
