How about liability?
Each renter is vetted to ensure they have a clean DOT, carry physical damage and at least $1M in auto liability.
How do I get compensated for downtime if my truck gets damaged?
COOP offers vehicle replacement coverage which guarantees a substitute vehicle in the event yours gets damaged.
How do I get paid?
You will get paid via secured direct deposit at the end of each transaction, after the renter has returned your vehicles.
Are all vehicles accepted on COOP?
Most commercial vehicles can be listed on our platform including cargo vans, straight trucks, tractors, and trailers. Your vehicle must have a valid registration, insurance, and meet Department of Transportation standards to be accepted. Passenger vehicles are not supported on the COOP platform.
What kind of rental activity should I expect once I list my vehicles?
Rental activity for your vehicle will depend on many factors including: listed daily rate, discounts offered, availability, location, vehicle restrictions, vehicle age, and of course, supply and demand. A Customer Success Manager can help you optimize your vehicles’ listings to attract reservation requests.
What kind of renters will I get through COOP?
All renters on COOP are carefully vetted businesses. Our star rating review system provides visibility into the renter’s interaction with other users and allows you to give feedback on renters you have worked with. And for any rental with COOP, you can approve or deny any reservations that you receive.
How much will I earn when renting my vehicle?
COOP offers great revenue opportunities for fleet owners of up to $4,000/vehicles per month. You will earn a daily rate plus applicable mileage and refrigeration hours for each reservation. Vans, trucks, and tractors earn $0.12/mile and trailers earn $0.04/mile. Vehicles with refrigeration earn $1.00/hour for each reefer hour used during the rental.
