Restrictions on where a vehicle may be driven depends on the Owner’s preference and licensing of the vehicle in the United States. Some vehicles are not registered to travel out-of-state. You can find out if the vehicle can travel out-of-state in the vehicle details section of the vehicle listing page. You can use a vehicle to travel across state lines when an Owner has specified you can and your DOT number allows you to do so.
Vehicles rented on COOP cannot travel outside of the United States.
Renters must have insurance coverage for rentals. A $1 million liability policy & hired physical damage policy is necessary for renting vehicles on the platform. If you qualify, you can purchase coverage directly from COOP or provide your own if you meet the insurance requirements.Learn more

Vehicles listed on COOP are typically located at the owner’s business location. Vehicles may also be located at a storage facility or secured lot, depending on the Owner’s preference.Learn more
