Our Policies
Cleaning policy
Vehicles should be cleaned prior to a rental by the Owners and returned just as clean by the Renters.
Cancellation policy
Reservations can be canceled, without penalty, on the COOP website up to 24 hours before the reservation starts. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a penalty.
Fuel policy
Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of required fluids they had upon pick-up. This includes refilling both the fuel and DEF. Vehicles that return with less fuel than what was documented at the time of pick up will be charged a refueling fee.
Pet policy
While operating a rental vehicle, pets are either permitted or non-permitted depending on the Owner’s preferences for that vehicle.
Late return policy
In the unlikely event that a vehicle is returned late, COOP will impose a late return fee on the Renter.
Smoking policy
Do not smoke while fueling a vehicle at a gas station. While the driver is operating the vehicle, smoking is either permitted or non-permitted depending on the Owner’s preferences for that vehicle.
