Do I need to provide my own insurance to rent vehicles?

Renters must have insurance coverage for rentals. A hired $100K physical damage policy & $1M liability coverage is necessary for renting vehicles on the platform. The best option is to purchase coverage directly from COOP or provide your own if it meets the insurance requirements.

Are there any restrictions on where vehicles can be driven?

Restrictions on where a vehicle may be driven depends on the Owner’s preference and licensing of the vehicle in the United States. Vehicles rented on COOP cannot travel outside of the United States.

Does COOP offer one-way truck rentals?

One-way truck rentals are not currently supported by the COOP platform.

Vehicles on COOP come in a variety of year, make, and models, so the vehicle condition will vary.

What type of vehicles can I rent on COOP?

There are a wide variety of commercial trailers and vehicles available for you to rent on COOP. We consider multiple factors to determine which vehicles are approved for renting on the platform.

Where are COOP vehicles located?

Vehicles listed on COOP are typically located at the owner’s business location. Vehicles may also be located at a storage facility or secured lot, depending on the Owner’s preference.
