I’m having trouble reserving a vehicle, what do I do?

If you’re still having trouble getting a rental reservation, there is an easy fix available to you. When you’re not able to reserve a commercial vehicle for rent, it could be for any of the following reasons:

  • An Owner has not approved your reservation. All reservations are approved by the Owner of the vehicle, either automatically or manually. Give owners time to approve your reservation. If you need immediate assistance, you can contact our team.
  • Your account is not fully set-up. If you have not received an email with login credentials for the platform, there are likely some steps still required to create your account. Speak to our team to confirm your Department of Transportation# and any other details we may need
  • Your account does not have valid payment on file. If you have an account, make sure that you have added a valid method of payment. If a credit card does not work, you can contact your bank for information on why the card may not be accepted or you can try adding a different method of payment.
  • Your account has a hold for money owed. Check your account to see if there are any outstanding payments on previous rentals due and resolve them to remove the hold. Late fees may apply.
