How can an Owner cancel a reservation?

As a vehicle’s Owner, sometimes unexpected events mean you have to cancel your own approved rental. Follow these steps to cancel your reservation:

  • From your Account Management, go to your Reservations section
  • Go to the Owner tab 
  • Find the reservation you’d like to cancel, an option is available here for your convenience

Reservations can be cancelled, without penalty, on the COOP website up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be subject to a penalty.
