How can I cancel a reservation?

As a Renter, sometimes unexpected events mean you have to cancel a rental. We hope you find a rental that suits you soon, but meanwhile to cancel your trip do the following: 

  • Go to Reservations in your COOP Account
  • Click ‘View’ on the specific reservation you are looking to cancel
  • After opening the reservation, you can click on "Cancel Reservation"

Reservations can be canceled, without penalty, on the COOP website up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be subject to a penalty.
