How do I contact COOP claims?

For businesses with a COOP account, the best way to reach us about a claim about a service or damage incident is to create a ticket and contact our team through the Support Center. Creating a ticket will allow you to receive information and updates so that we can provide you with the help you need.

If you need to file a claim to report damage on your vehicle, you have fifteen (15) days from the contract end date of a reservation to report it.
