Please fill out the Liability Claim Notification Form if you purchased COOP’s liability waiver for your reservation. If your company provided its own liability coverage, contact your insurance company directly to file a claim. Both instances will require you to notify COOP and the vehicle Owner immediately. Please log in to your account and access the Support Center here to report a liability claim within fifteen (15) days of the contract end date of a reservation.
