How does vehicle pick up and drop off work?

Completing vehicle pick up and drop off is required for every rental. At the time of pick up and drop off, your assigned driver(s) will receive a text. It will include step-by-step instructions and a link to upload photos of the vehicle to document its condition, mileage, fuel level, and refrigeration hours (when applicable). We’ll use this information to determine the responsible party in the event there are any accidents or claims. Please be sure to have drivers submit clear pictures of the entire vehicle before and after a rental as it results in a smoother vehicle documentation process and faster deposit return.

Please note: Photos must be provided before and after a rental for a damage claim to be reviewed.
