What if my vehicle is returned with a flat or damaged tire?

If your vehicle is returned with a flat or damaged tire because of a nail, sidewall damage, missing tread (not related to routine maintenance), flat-spotted, or something else, request reimbursement within 15 days of the return date through the Support Center on the COOP platform. You must submit a final invoice and receipt of payment for the required tire services. Please submit as a “Reimbursement Request” and NOT as a "Claim" or "Service and vehicles" to better manage and expedite your request.

Once approved, reimbursement payments will be issued once the funds have been collected from the Renter. Requests for reimbursements will be denied if they are not submitted and reported via the Reimbursement Request category in the Support Center within 15 days of a rental being returned.
