How can I cancel a reservation?

As a renter, sometimes unexpected events mean you have to cancel a rental. We hope you find a rental that suits you soon, but meanwhile to cancel your trip do the following: 

  • Go to Reservations, from your Account Management
  • Enter the Renter tab, which shows a list of all your rentals
  • Click ‘View’ on the reservation, cancel it from this page

Reservations can be cancelled, without penalty, on the COOP website up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be subject to a penalty.
