Default drivers are marked by a small badge on the right side of their name. The first driver you add to your account will be assigned as the Default Driver and automatically get assigned to all reservations if you have not selected another driver. If you need to add or change drivers, see our other FAQ.
Eligibility to rent vehicles on COOP is determined using information from Dun & Bradstreet, your DOT number, and your Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) score. Requirements for renting a vehicle differ depending on the type of vehicle and the state where you plan to use it. After your account has been approved and created, your business will have access to reserve various vehicles on the platform.
