Eligibility to rent vehicles on COOP is determined using information from Dun & Bradstreet, your DOT number, and your Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) score. Requirements for renting a vehicle differ depending on the type of vehicle and the state where you plan to use it. After your account has been approved and created, your business will have access to reserve various vehicles on the platform.

If you have chosen our insurance policy, the rental agreement serves as proof of vehicle coverage.

In your account management, you can go to your Drivers tab. Then select the options dots on the right side to set them as the default.

Your reservations page is the area where you’ll find all the details of your rentals and contracts.

Some vehicles will come with their own Electronic Logging Device, but we recommend bringing your own if your rental will require it.

Reach out to our team if you need to apply a new driver on a rental that is currently active.

If you need to add or change drivers in your account, you can do so simply through the platform.
