Do I need to refuel the vehicle before returning?

Yes, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel and other required fluids that it had upon pickup.

What should I do if the vehicle breaks down?

If the vehicle has a flat tire, a mechanical issue, or any other problem that prevents you from traveling safely during a rental, we can send roadside assistance to help.

What happens if I get in an accident?

If you or your driver is involved in an accident, please call local authorities first. After you have notified the authorities, contact COOP at 877-747-5352.

Who is responsible for maintenance?

The vehicle’s Owner is responsible for costs associated with regular maintenance, however you as a Renter may have to help bring them in for service.

Do I need to provide fuel receipts?

Yes, we require your fuel receipts. You should also save them for tax filing purposes, such as IFTA.

Where can I access my trip records?

Go to your reservations page to access all the trip records from past reservations with COOP Owners.

Do I have to clean my rental vehicle?

Vehicles should be returned to the Owner in the same condition as the beginning of the rental.
