Who is responsible for my vehicle’s maintenance?

Preventative maintenance is the responsibility of the vehicle’s Owner. As the Owner of a vehicle, you are responsible for all costs associated with keeping the vehicle in working condition as long as it’s listed on the platform. Preventative maintenance includes but is not limited to oil, fluids, parts, tires, and more.

In the case of long-term rentals, we recommend you to communicate with your Renter so they can take your vehicle in for your preventative maintenance schedule. You can log in here and find the specific reservation to message them via the user-to-user chat.

To schedule maintenance for long-term rentals, please send us a message here. Our team is happy to help, and you can typically expect a response within 1-3 business days or sooner.

Failure to remain compliant in maintenance may result in additional fees, withholding of your earnings, or removal from the platform.
