As the Owner of a vehicle, you are responsible for all costs associated with keeping the vehicle in working condition as long as it’s listed on the platform. Preventative maintenance includes but is not limited to oil, fluids, parts, tires, and more.
In the case of long-term rentals, we recommend you to communicate with your Renter so they can take your vehicle in for your preventative maintenance schedule. You can log in here and find the specific reservation to message them via the user-to-user chat.
