Who is responsible for my vehicle’s maintenance?

Who is responsible for my vehicle’s maintenance?

Preventative maintenance is the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner. As Owner of a vehicle, you are responsible for all costs associated with keeping the vehicle in working condition as long as it’s listed on the platform. In the case of long-term rentals, we encourage you to communicate with your Renter so they can take your vehicle in for your preventative maintenance schedule. To schedule maintenance for long-term rentals, reach out to service@coop.com. Failure to remain compliant in maintenance may result in additional fees, withholding of your earnings, or removal from our platform.
