What happens if an accident results in a total loss and now our company is out a truck, with time still on our lease?

In this instance of vehicle total loss, we would end the billing on the vehicle lease as well as terminate your Ryder lease agreement, and offer some options to enter into a new lease, if that is viable for you.

What happens if my vehicle is not returned on time?

In the unlikely event your vehicle is not returned on time, COOP will charge the Renter a late fee which will be credited to you once it is successfully collected from the Renter. Please contact our team through the Support Center to create a ticket.

What happens if a vehicle breaks down on a Rental?

In the event a vehicle breaks down during a rental, the Renter should contact our 24/7 Roadside Assistance line to report the incident. Our Customer Support Team will notify the Owner of the reported breakdown and help get the vehicle back on the road.

What happens if my vehicle returns with damage?

In the event your vehicle returns with damage that did not exist prior to the rental, please notify us immediately. You have fifteen (15) days from the contract end date of a reservation to report any damage.

If your vehicle is involved in an accident, you will be notified immediately. All renters are covered by liability and physical damage insurance. Our Customer Support team will guide you through our claim process.

Are relocation costs covered if a vehicle needs service?

Your vehicle relocation costs will be covered if a Renter causes an accident or damage during a rental.

What happens if my vehicle is returned with a mechanical issue?

Once a reservation has been marked as returned and confirmed to be in your possession, any repairs and costs for mechanical issues should be coordinated and handled between the Owner of the vehicle and the service provider of your choice. If the issue may be the responsibility of the Renter, you can create a ticket in the Support Center for review or reimbursement.
